Enhancing The Journey

Once guests are on board, the story continues through thoughtfully designed travel maps, an onboard magazine, menus, and other guest materials that enhance the journey.

Creative and Digital Strategy

MSI started with a photography-centric creative that showcases
the Railbelt, Alaska’s distinctive landscape, and the comfortable
ride. At the same time, MSI revamped the digital marketing program to expand audience reach and drive more visitors to the website, ultimately increasing online ticket purchases year over year.

Exceeding Goals

Each year, we evaluate campaign performance and operational goals to set clear annual benchmarks. This ongoing optimization helps ensure marketing investments remain focused, effective, and reflective of the changing marketplace. Over the past two years, these efforts have resulted in strong growth with online revenue and transaction goals exceeded by 13% to 58%.
